Whole-home remodeling with precision, planning, and perfection — sequenced so the whole house comes together at once.
Whole-home work is a different discipline from single-room remodeling. The trades have to be sequenced, the design has to hold together across every room, and someone has to own the schedule when a two-week delay in one area threatens everything downstream.
That someone is us. One contract, one crew lead, one schedule — instead of you playing general contractor between five subcontractors who have never met.
For whole-home projects, often yes for at least part of it — especially when kitchens, main bathrooms or HVAC are down. We phase the work where possible and tell you honestly which weeks will be unlivable.
Yes, with a structural engineer's design and a permit. Beam sizing, point loads and the path down to the foundation all have to be worked out on paper before demolition.
In writing, priced, and approved by you before the work happens. No verbal 'we will sort it out later' — that is how projects go sideways.
Yes. If you already have a designer or architect we build to their drawings. If you do not, we handle design in house.

How We Work
We walk the space with you, talk through how you actually use it, and get honest about scope and budget before anyone signs anything.
You get a plan, material selections and a fixed written scope — so there are no surprise line items halfway through.
One accountable crew, protected floors, daily cleanup, and a schedule you can hold us to. You always know who is in your house and why.
We walk it together, build the punch list, and finish it. The job is not done until you say it is.
